Liked our stay in this place. The hotel was fairly clean and staff were all welcoming. The location was magnificent, just 5 min walk from Premium Outlets. It was also adjacent to hill from there, St Augustine, the outlets and many restaurants.

Here's my unfiltered experience
The beds were comfortable and clean towels were plentiful. The staff was friendly and addressed all our needs promptly. An additional highlight was the hotel's location near the outlet mall, made shopping easy.

The location was quiet and decent for St. Augustine, very close to the outlets and many restaurants, and saint Augustine. The service was exceptional with parking on-site. The pool was clean and the staff was helpful and very professional.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially how affordable the double room was and the awesome time I had by the outdoor pool. With a nice shallow end, it was perfect for relaxation after a long day. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but it didn't take away from my overall great experience! 🌞

The hotel's location right next to a convenient IHOP makes it easy to grab a meal without venturing too far. The outdoor pool area offers a refreshing escape after a long day of sightseeing, although I didn't dive in myself.
The room left much to be desired, a strange odor wafted in, reminiscent of dampness. Even after switching to another room, the beds creaked loudly with the slightest movement. The cleanliness standards seemed lacking. I noticed a few unsightly marks on the flooring, and overall, the room felt a bit dated. Breakfast wasn't included, which seemed like a missed opportunity .
